If you happen to be in Bangkok anytime between 5 and 21 July 2013, and you’re looking to stuff yourself with some of the best dim sum and barbecued specialities that Thailand’s capital city has to offer. Then mark your calendar and be sure to check out the Hong Kong Food Festival, which will be held at Amari Watergate Bangkok’s Heichinrou Chinese restaurant.

The renowned festival, which is popular amongst both expats and locals, showcases the talents of three (yes three!) acclaimed Chinese Master Chefs.

Chef Yiu Chi Chow (pictured left), Heichinrou’s very own Executive Chinese Chef, who having worked from the age of 21 has honed his skills in 5 star establishments throughout the USA and Asia, is a specialist in Cantonese and South East Asian cuisine.

Guest Chefs Tse Fook Lun and Ng Tak Wah (middle and right), bring with them over 30 years of combined experience from some of Hong Kong’s tastiest Chinese restaurants.

If you’re looking for things to do before or after the festival, there’s plenty to see and do around Amari Watergate! Just across the road from the renowned Platinum Fashion Mall, where avid shoppers flock to get great deals on the latest in fashion trends. Also close by is Pantip Plaza, THE place to go for anything I.T. related – you’ll find the best deals on everything from hardware, software, tablets, laptops and even mobile phone accessories.

See you there!

Heichinrou is on the 5th Floor of Amari Watergate Bangkok and the festival will be held everyday from 5 until 21 July 2013 (Opening hours: 11:30 and 14:30, 18:00 and 22:30). For more information, check out the Hong Kong Food Festival page: http://goo.gl/IQLN7
