Chef Yiu Chi Chow (pictured left), Heichinrou’s very own Executive Chinese Chef, who having worked from the age of 21 has honed his skills in 5 star establishments throughout the USA and Asia, is a specialist in Cantonese and South East Asian cuisine.
Guest Chefs Tse Fook Lun and Ng Tak Wah (middle and right), bring with them over 30 years of combined experience from some of Hong Kong’s tastiest Chinese restaurants.
